We are working on behalf of our client in Devon who is currently looking for Community Team Manager for Older Peoples Mental Health service

You will be accountable for the day to day operational delivery of the service from N.Bristol office.

The role will support and ensure the team engage pro-actively and positively with the local community both raising awareness of dementia and in providing excellent post diagnostic support.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Day to day accountability to deliver Dementia Wellbeing Services
• Leading the team’s engagement in, and liaising with, the local community to deliver great dementia services
• Work closely with local health and social care partners to provide people with locally based care that supports them and their carers to live well with dementia

This service provides all staff with opportunities for excellent training and development, supervision and appraisal and not least to make a significant positive difference to the lives of people living with dement
