Occupational Therapist required to work dealing with OT cases for assessment, advise, provision of equipment, minor and major adaptations. Applicants must have experience of DFG work or at least working for Adult Social Care. Candidate needs to have full driving licence and vehicle. The hours are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 to 4.30pm on Friday and the post is a 3month post.
