RIG is looking to recruit an OT to work Mon, Tues and Wednesday each week. We require a qualified OT with NHS band 6 or above experience, who has worked with patients on a fast paced community hospital ward. The patients have various conditions and can have complex social issues. Experience in equipment assessment and provision. Experience of working in a Multi Disciplinary Team. Good communication skills. Able to work autonomously and manage their own case load. IT skills. Requirements: •HPC membership •Current enhanced CRB Disclosure •Experience in assessment, treatment planning, carrying out rehabilitation, home visits with patients, discharge, planning, follow up visits to patients, experience in advising on adaptations and safety equipment. •Experience in equipment assessment and provision. •Experience of working in a Multi Disciplinary Team. •Good communication skills. •Able to work autonomously and manage their own case load.
