Each time a candidate works a total of 450 hours, they will be eligible for a payment up to £150 (subject to statutory deductions) contributing towards CPD. This must be used within the following 3 months and cannot be accrued. Once this contribution has been used the 450 hours will begin again and the candidate will be entitled to another £150 contribution limited to four contributions in any calendar year. We will contribute towards a number of activities such as work-based learning, professional activities, formal/educational learning, self-directed learning and other activities.
Referrals can be made by anyone. The referred must not be previously registered with RIG Healthcare and must work a minimum of 300 hours for the reward to be collected. Current promotion of an iPad Mini will be ordered and delivered to the said candidate or the cash equivalent of £250. (subject to statutory deductions)
