In an independent audit which covers the rigorous standards of a leading national framework including checks on safe guarding, pre-placement screening and compliance to IR35 regulations. The team at RIG Healthcare are delighted to announce a platinum result with a score of 99.64% under the HTE TWS framework.

This audit result doesn’t just demonstrate a robust and rigorous clinical governance infrastructure at RIG but should serve as a sign of the quality of service we deliver to our clients and candidates. We come across daily in the market candidates who are being allowed to work to below par standards of compliance by many of our competitors.
Although in the beginning of the process some candidates may feel good about going through a less stringent compliance process. In the end they regret it as in today’s market, having a poor level of compliance reflects badly on the candidate as well as the agency. On top of this we feel we have a duty to correctly inform our candidates and protect their long-term interest.
This is why we are pleased to see that this audit score also shows our total compliance with changes to the IR35 regulations.
