We are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Medication Safety Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in Buckinghamshire. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 8a Medication Safety Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9am – 5pm
• Pay: £36ph
• Start: ASAP
• Length: Ongoing
• This role will focus on promoting and monitoring the safe use of medicines across the trust. Responsibilities include reviewing incidents, supporting medication safety audits, developing policies, and providing expert advice to clinical teams to ensure best practice and patient safety.

Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• Strong background in clinical pharmacy with experience in medication safety and governance
