Rob started his career in recruitment in 2000 and has been with RIG since 2005. As a key recruiter in the building of RIG Healthcare, Rob became Managing Director in 2017. Rob is a keen business developer and instills his hard working ethics and motivation into his colleagues to ensure RIG Healthcare continue to be a market leader in the specialist healthcare staffing market.

• Craig Sanders - Commercial Director 

Craig has over 13 years experience within the healthcare recruitment industry with extensive knowledge of strategic business/commercial development, client management and performance improvement. In his role as Commercial Director he is responsible for the strategic direction and development of operational, commercial and business development related activities across the group. Criag has an active role in ensuring that the business strategy is aligned across all stakeholders from commercial, compliance, finance and sales teams, liaising with all levels of staff to ensure productivity and growth is maximised.
