One of our NHS clients who provides mental health services in Hampshire is looking for Registered Nurses.
We are seeking
to work in low secure unit with children who suffer from eating disorders and psychiatric needs
This is PERMANENT, full time opportunity, however candidates interested in working part time will also be considered
Salary ranges between £23,023- £29,608 pa
The team is well established therefore, this vacancy is very rare and only because of promotion.

The main focus of this role will be undertaking mental health initial assessments. You will need to undertake the assessment and feed back to a multidiscipline team identifying risks and development of management plans including care planning, risk assessments and clustering. You will also be required to take on the care co-ordinator role where appropriate.
This can be a difficult and challenging environment, so we are looking for nurses with excellent communication and listening skills who have ability to gain patient’s trust
