In an independent audit which covers the rigorous standards of a leading national framework including checks on safe guarding, pre-placement screening and compliance to IR35 regulations. The team at RIG Healthcare are delighted to announce a platinum result with a score of 99.64% under the HTE TWS framework.
“At RIG we are extremely proud of our robust procedures, dedicated compliance team and reputation with clients and frameworks. The platinum result from our recent H.T.E TWS audit is testament to ensuring quality compliant candidates are placed with our clients.” Sales Support Director Hannah Keens
RIG Healthcare have been supplying high calibre healthcare professionals to the NHS for over 15 years and are one of the most experienced healthcare recruiters of AHPs to the NHS supplying via CPP, CCS and the HTE frameworks.
“RIG have a sharp, efficient and effective methodology of working to ensure locums are supplied with the correct skills for the correct placement. Communication and working relationships are structured and succinct to allow conversations that are both useful and beneficial. Time is taken to understand the needs of the departments, as the customer, and their strengths resulting in requirements being fully heard and actioned upon. They ensure the candidates have a suitable skill base, compliance and the expectations of suitable behaviour and professionalism are instilled within them before they arrive for their working placement” Cate Leighton, Therapy Services Lead, Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust.
We realise that being a healthcare staffing business, we take part in delivering patient care. We take pride in having that responsibility and take our obligation to serve very seriously.
Commercial Manager Natasha Brewer commented “An excellent result for the team here at RIG Healthcare. This again demonstrates that our commitment, hard work and consistency allows us to be a supplier who our clients can trust to deliver the highest quality medical professionals. I would like to thank the compliance team for their meticulous checks and processes, the recruiters for going above and beyond the call of duty (often travelling across the country to meet candidates on the weekends) and also to thank HTE for their continued support in the healthcare staffing markets.”
This audit result doesn’t just demonstrate a robust and rigorous clinical governance infrastructure at RIG but should serve as a sign of the quality of service we deliver to our clients and candidates. We come across daily in the market candidates who are being allowed to work to below par standards of compliance by many of our competitors.
Although in the beginning of the process some candidates may feel good about going through a less stringent compliance process. In the end they regret it as in today’s market, having a poor level of compliance reflects badly on the candidate as well as the agency. On top of this we feel we have a duty to correctly inform our candidates and protect their long-term interest.
This is why we are pleased to see that this audit score also shows our total compliance with changes to the IR35 regulations. We’ve all seen the articles recently in the press with so many candidates potentially facing retrospective tax liabilities and penalties and we believe agencies can do more to better inform candidates and this is why we have a pre- vetted PSL of payroll suppliers who can ensure peace of mind for all the candidates who work with us.
We’ve approached the incoming GDPR regulations with the same level of diligence to ensure our candidates data is used and managed in the most stringent way.
Hundreds of new candidates register with us monthly, mainly as a result of word of mouth referrals; in search of an agency they can trust and one that can free them up to do what they do best, which is save lives, whilst we do what we do best and look after our candidates.
